Students: Be sure to ask your parents for permission before you send any information about yourself (your name, address, e-mail address, etc.) to us or anyone else over the Internet.

Educators (Teachers and Parents): We strongly encourage you to get involved with your children's online usage and to be aware of the activities in which they are participating. While we welcome all new and repeat guests to enjoy the many features of our website, we encourage you to limit your children's time online. When used properly, the Internet can be entertaining and educational. But even we at Educorock Productions Inc. realize that there is a lot more to a well-balanced life than “Rockin’ and Hip Hoppin’” to songs composed by an educational performer named “Étienne.”

Information Collection Policies:

Our on-line order area is “secure.” We do not permit anyone outside of Educorock Productions Inc. to view your credit card or personal information. In fact, we encourage all Internet users to never order on-line from a site that is not a registered secure site. Buyer beware!

We do not ask for more information from students than is reasonably necessary to allow them to participate in our “School Zone” contest. In fact, we offer fun and exciting riddles and activities to students and encourage them to use their “School” address rather than their home or other address. We do not require them to submit personally identifiable information about themselves.

Parents, you have the right to have any personal information about your child removed from the web site! If your child submitted an entry without your permission, wins a contest and you'd like his or her name removed, just send an e-mail to pamela@educorock.com. We'll delete your child's entry immediately.

Subscribers to our e-mail updates are asked for their e-mail address. Educorock Productions Inc. will only use your address to fulfill your update request, and will not retain your address afterward unless you specifically opt-in for future e-mails from us.

Our “Contact” area allows our Customer Service people to answer questions that are not addressed by our “Privacy Policy” or “Terms and Conditions” pages. We respond to your e-mail and then delete your name and e-mail address from our systems. If we determine that a student is e-mailing us, we respond on a one-time basis to the student's specific request and then we delete the e-mail address. We do not use any of the student's personal information in the e-mail to re-contact the student.
